This mailer was sent to potential customers and was also used at conferences to promote ACerS Targeted Learning Workshops. The workshops had been renamed to better convey what they were, which were focused workshops on a particular subject of interest that took place during a conference. The concept was that conference attendees could intensify their experience by adding on a targeted learning workshop to hone their knowledge on a particular subject. Basically, you are going to be at the conference already, get the most bang for your buck!
Our graphic designer came up with the graphic, which would be used for all future workshops, breathing in new life to the programs and branding the look and feel of the workshops. It was a fresh, new way of presenting information to our customers, and was well received.
These particular workshops were challenging because the meeting they took place during, had changed every year it took place, and was still evolving, as it had not yet found its audience or hook.
